What this is

{{BRAND_NAME}} is a set of four independent tools (Chat Digest, Circle Check, Gather, Reader) provided as-is by an individual operator, not a company with a support team on standby. Use it, but don't bet anything critical on it.

Age

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or make a payment. Gather event pages are publicly viewable by anyone with the link — don't put information there you wouldn't want a stranger to see.

Acceptable use

Don't use these tools to harass, impersonate, or collect information about someone without their knowledge for harmful purposes. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share (e.g. someone else's private messages without their consent, if your jurisdiction requires it). Gather event organizers are responsible for how they use RSVP information collected through the tool.

AI-generated content

Every digest, drift analysis, invite draft, and "why it matters" note is generated by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) based on what you provide. It can be wrong, miss context, or misjudge tone. Read before you send anything.

Payments and access

Passes (7-day, 30-day, Lifetime) are one-time purchases, not auto-renewing subscriptions — nothing charges again without you actively buying another pass. Access is tied to the browser cookie active when you purchased; losing that cookie (clearing cookies, switching browsers/devices) means losing access to a paid pass, with no automatic recovery, since no email or password is collected. See the refund policy for what happens if something goes wrong.

No warranty

Provided "as is." We're not liable for decisions you make based on tool output, missed events, lost drafts, or anything else arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent the law allows.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
